Our mission is to be the preferred experiential Training Provider and Management Consultants by developing linkages and associations with healthy organizations and social partners through meaningful training interventions.
These training interventions will be to develop all individuals through learnerships and skills programmes to equip them to become effective in their job functions.
Our training methodology uses a combination of theory, role plays, case studies and workplace assessments and assignments, and all course material is customized to suit the specific requirements of the client, while still being aligned to the applicable unit standards of SAQA requirements. Our highly skilled facilitators and trainers all meet the level of expertise requirements through SAQA, which assures our clients that our training and development interventions will add value to their workforce and therefor their company.
